The masculine energy represents our consciousness, our higher awareness. The ideal of the masculine energy is complete realization of this consciousness in one’s lifetime. The feminine energy represents the creation. She represents our bodies, our minds, and our hearts - the specific bodily experience we’re having. She is nature. She is humanity in all its different forms. She is even the sky and the stars and the whole material world that we can see. The goal of the masculine is complete liberation — and the
ultimate goal of the feminine is everyone’s liberation.

In this Kundalini Yoga workshop, we will work to uncover and liberate this divine feminine energy. We will move our bodies, we will dance, sing, and meditate. We will endeavor to experience our own divine feminine in all her glory — our passion and our compassion, our love, our sensuality, our creativity and inspiration.

This is Kundalini energy herself. When we heal this feminine energy, we heal our bodies, minds, and hearts. And when we heal ourselves, we can heal our planet.
