Green Yogi Coaching
At Green Yogi, we believe every yoga practice invites the whole self—body, mind, and spirit—to the mat. This journey of movement can uncover emotions, dreams, inspiration, moments of clarity, or grief. To honor this wholeness, we offer coaching to support you beyond the mat. Whether you’re seeking coaching directly after a class during office hours, through private sessions booked at your convenience, or tailored support for teens, our compassionate and trained coaches are here to walk with you on your journey.
Support Beyond the Mat.
Nasiem Sanjideh
Nasiem’s Iranian family values instilled the values of gathering in community, being of service, and presence with loved ones into her essence. This has been the ethos to her path of caring for people, emotions, and spaces. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she spent her time in special education classrooms and with families, developing behavioral programs that supported the emotional regulation and life-skills for children and teens with special needs.
Driven by her love of yoga and its transformative effects, Nasiem began to deepen her understanding of the mind and body through studying power yoga, Therapeutic yoga, JivaMukti, Breathe for Change (a social emotional yoga training focused on the improvement of mental health classrooms), and other somatic trainings that encouraged freeing the body of its old patterning. Following her passion for human connection and emotional wellness, she also pursued a year of studies at the Interchange Counseling Institute where she learned therapeutic intervention to support herself and others in their path to self understanding and mental clarity.
As the director and nurturer of Green Yogi, she is dedicated to creating a space where people can experience refuge, introspection, and uplifting voices she believes are essential for meaningful connection with our inner world and compassion for the experience of others.

"Alexandra provided me with spot-on coaching. From the first minute we dove in, she steered us towards the exact right issue to work on. She is not scared to address what feels painful, which allowed me to create space around exactly what kept me stuck. I cannot recommend her more."
