Lectures – Talks and discussions on essential aspects of yoga theory, philosophy, history, and modern applications.

Anatomy – Information on physical and energetic anatomy as it relates to yoga is presented through a combination of lecture and interactive practice.

Practice Sessions – Training Instructors lead students through a yoga practice that reflects what they are studying at that point in the program. Each practice revolves around specific Yogic texts, subtle bodies, or holistic application.

Teaching Practices – These are classes during which students practice teaching yoga.

Sequencing Labs – These are sessions during which trainees will be supported and guided in crafting yoga classes as a container for Samayama. Krishnamacharya, this immersion guides students through asana, pranayama, mudra, and mantra as keys to access the energetic body. Within the sanctity of the yogic texts, you are invited deeper into your own Heart's wisdom.

you will be held and guided on your own exploration of this ancient path toward Moksha (liberation). Within each of our Immersion Courses, experience yoga practices as healing sessions. After each guided practice, be led deeper into these wisdom teachings by our senior teachers offering tools for integrating yoga texts into your practices and everyday life. Sutras will be offered to support group discussion and self-reflection.
