Aradhana Tiwari

Aradhana first began to deepen her yoga practice in 2017 following the presidential inauguration. As she spends the large majority of her time off the mat as an immigrant and worker’s rights advocate, the Universe really did her a solid by bringing a community-based, BIPOC yoga class into her life at that particular time. Developing a regular practice with a consistent community allowed Aradhana to find strength and connection in a world that otherwise makes it so easy to feel defeated and isolated. She hopes to make these forms of self-care accessible and available to all.

As the spiritual is political for Aradhana, she teaches vinyasa classes that seek to cultivate  safe spaces where individuals are able to connect, ground, and breathe in ways that remind us of our own power, interdependence and dharma to one another. Her classes reflect her continued commitment to learning and understanding how yoga philosophy and practices can be used to help ourselves heal and grow, both individually and collectively.

Aradhana completed her first YTT200 in May 2023 and is eternally grateful to her gurus and mentors as well these ancient traditions and teachings which continue to profoundly shape her modern life.
