The Tantric Art of Savoring Life - A Tantric Meditation Immersion

In the rich tapestry of life, every experience, every moment, every sensation is an opportunity for connection with the Divine.

The Tantric Art of Savoring Life workshop, guided by Lisa Witter, DHP and Tantrika initiate, is an invitation to embrace this perspective, to dive deep into the essence of non-dual Tantra, and to cultivate a heightened appreciation for the multifaceted journey of life.

This immersive workshop, rooted in the teachings of non-dual Tantra, weaves together both theory and practice, infusing traditional teachings with experiential activities that promote deep personal transformation. The journey begins with an exploration of Tantra's foundational principles, shedding light on its holistic approach that transcends the mundane and the spiritual, the pleasant and the challenging, the sensual and the ascetic.

In an intimate and supportive environment, participants will connect with the goddesses of sound, smell, and taste, actual manifestations of life's vibrant dimensions. Through a variety of exercises, we will engage our senses, amplify our awareness, and foster a profound sense of presence. These practices will not only enrich our perception of the world but also enhance our capacity to ‘digest’ and savor all facets of life, whether they be sweet or bitter.
