Time for radical Self Care! This practice is designed specifically for postpartum bodies with babies or children of any age. We will address the common spots of tightness in the shoulders, chest, and upper back and get to the core and pelvic floor strengthening. We will take time to connect, flow and move, and breathe, leaving ample time for restorative postures at the end. For this special class, leave babies and kiddos at home and enjoy two uninterrupted hours to yourself. Come immerse in self-care, nourish your body, mind, and soul...and leave ready to parent again.
