Telegraph IN STUDIO WORKSHOP at 2807 Telegraph Ave, Berkeley, CA 94705
How do we experience abundance as something sincere, nonreactive, based on the magic of each moment, each miraculous breath? How can we make gratitude a sincere practice, beyond the conceptual, not something based on privilege but as a natural feeling deep within? This Thanksgiving morning class will be designed to bring us into our natural state where connectivity, gratitude, and an open heart can best prevail.
