Sogorea Te’ Land Trust

An Urban and Indigenous Women-Led Land Trust in the East Bay

Here at green yogi, we acknowledge that we are running our business on traditional Cochenyo and Karkin Ohlone land. We honor the history and lineage of the Indigenous families by making voluntary institutional contribution to the Shuumi Land Tax. And you can too!

This “Shuumi” or “gift” goes directly towards the organization’s efforts to acquire and take care of the land that was stolen from their ancestors, as well as support the future well-being of indigenous generations in the Bay.
