about your in-studio class

  • Class location: 1642 Martin Luther King Jr Way, Berkeley, CA 94709

  • Timing: please arrive 5-10 minutes before class to sign up and get settled.

  • Props: blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps will be provided in studio. Mats are also available for you to borrow free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Safety: mats are spaced out to ensure the safety of all guests. If you are not feeling well, please stay home to rest and in order to protect your fellow yogis.
