Merrick is a lover of movement, continuously in awe of the body and its potential for delightful expression, wild creativity, & authentic connection. Influenced by her practices of contact improvisation, figure skating, acroyoga, and hand-balancing, she guides playful movement experiences as an opportunity for deep listening, research, and co-creation. Merrick hosts and teaches contact improvisation across the SF Bay Area.

Outside of the movement field, Merrick founded and grew a fun and vibrant figure skating apparel brand back in 2015 (colorflow skating!) mixed with some years working in management consulting at accenture. As a freelance consultant, she loves supporting entrepreneurs in blossoming their business dreams with lots of love and care.
