  • Green Yogi Telegraph 2807 Telegraph Avenue Berkeley, CA, 94705 United States (map)

Join us for a nourishing 2-part workshop where you'll learn impactful tools for nervous system regulation!

This 2-part series, hosted back to back Sundays, will introduce you to general approaches to somatic (body-based) healing. We will learn the basics of the nervous system and how to work with regulating the activating fight/flight/freeze/collapse responses through practice and discussion. Together we will practice and build tools of emotional resiliency and resourcing for challenging times.

Session 1: Intro to the Nervous System and Tools for Self-Regulation via yoga postures, movement, embodiment, breathing, music and relaxation. Each session will be an exploration through experiential exercises and practices with introductions, community sharing, embodied techniques, discussion and deep rest.

Session 2: This session will continue and deepen the work of Session 1. Take 1 or both sessions. Open to all levels of experience. Core takeaways will be tools to practice and implement in your daily life and a way to nourish yourself and your nervous system.

Session dates:

  • Sunday, March 9 from 1-4pm

  • Sunday, March 16 from 1-4pm

Workshop pricing:
