Join visiting instructors Tias Little and Surya Little of Prajna Yoga for a very special weekend of workshops at Green Yogi!
In this class we support the inherent motion of the diaphragm in all poses by following a wave-like motion of the breath. Sometimes the breath becomes very shallow (low tide) while at other times it expands and widens (high tide). In this class we do somatic movements and yoga postures to pump the breath in wave-like patterns. We take the approach that the breath cannot be forced or insisted upon, but that respiration will “reset” as releases in the connective tissues naturally occur.
Registration for this workshop is $70.
***We offer student, educator, elder and BIPOC discounts! Reach out to events@mygreenyogi.com for more info.
About Tias
