And, from more than 12 years of experience as a humble curandera, I am inspired to offer you a workshop in letting go of fear, breaking free of destructive cycles, and integrating real change into your life. In this workshop, we will practice being vulnerable with ourselves and others through group connectivity, breathing practices, active stretches, and communication with the plant world via gentle tree branch massage (traditional Limpia energetic cleansing). We will work on recognizing the ways in which we can have compassion for others, have gratitude for our own lives, and find the strength to persevere in tumultuous times. When you remain in your comfort zone, the walls stay up, and change can not occur, but come join this workshop, and you will walk away with simple but vital techniques you can use any time, helping you remember the power that lies beyond the boundaries you have imagined for yourself.

*Clare Josephine Lucia Celida is descended from the native U’wa tribe of the cloud forests of Colombia, a group which is well known for their environmental activism and sacred earth traditions. She has been called to, and studied extensively, the healing and shamanic arts since early childhood. Her life mission is to help as many people as possible by offering them the tools to become confident in healing themselves and the planet. This mission is aided by her roots in massage therapy, when she became certified through an extensive 1,000 hour program in traditional swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, structural integration, aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, reflexology, and reiki. She is on a life long path as a student of ayurveda, curanderismo and shamanic practices from around the world.*
