About your guides:

Meet Susannah

Susannah teaches a rigorous style of Bhakti Vinyasa yoga, which includes beautiful chants, fluid sequencing, and nuggets of Yoga Philosophy that are both profound and accessible. She has a somewhat notorious dry sense of humor, and her playlists are always fire. Her sincerest goal is to offer a space in which people can find refuge inside their own bodies, and she firmly believes that as a global community we need to find a way to understand the concept that, as her teacher Stephanie Snyder says, we are different but not separate.

Meet Madaly

Madaly Love (they/them) is a curanderx, entheogenic guide, sacred recovery coach and quantum energy healer dedicated to trauma-informed facilitation, ancestral wisdom, and community healing. Rooted in Chichimec, Nahua-Otomi, and Purepecha lineage, they help others awaken to their truth through intuitive and decolonial practices.

Cacao Circle

Ceremonial cacao is an ancient Mesoamerican plant medicine, revered for its heart-opening and healing properties, crafted using traditional Mayan methods infused with intention and prayer. Rich in antioxidants, adaptogens, and neurotransmitter-boosting compounds, it nourishes the body, mind, and spirit while fostering connection, clarity, and emotional well-being.
