Matt helps yogis show up stronger, calmer and more resilient to the challenges of life. His style harmonizes strength and stillness.

Matt has studied Iyengar, Anusara and Power Yoga lineages, completing 250 hours training with Core Power Berkeley.

Expect a slow, grounding, powerful flow designed to build physical skills and a sense of calm mastery.

In addition to yogic training, he draws from experiences as a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago, a black belt in Karate, and a loving father and husband.

He's currently into green tea, gymnastics rings, Eastern philosophy and psychology.
